Severe nausea and the last few days haven't been able to keep anything down haven't gained weight at all im pretty sure I've lost weight should I go to er or am I worrying over nothing!

I lost weight first trimester. Didn't start gaining until late second trimester. I never had an appetite and was always sick

I lost 15 lbs in my first 4 and a half months. If you go more than 12 hours without being able to keep even water down I say go in. I had to go cause I was puking up water ever 45 minuets. They had to give me IV and some zofran. It was a total 360 after that. I hope you feel better soon
