❓Question for breastfeeding or experienced bf moms: I'm nursing my lil man who's 1 month tomorrow. I drank a glass of sweet tea yesterday (don't normally drink caffeine) and last night baby had a very restless night.
Does anyone know how long it takes for the caffeine to be out of my milk?

It leaves relatively quickly. I had to avoid dairy, caffeine and leafy greens while breastfeeding because my guy would get gassy and irritable :(

There is not enough caffeine in the world. Vi kept me up all night, and got up for the day at 5:30. Caffeinated tea for this momma, and chamomile tea for my mini me.
