If you want it to drop a little bit, when you get really engorged just express some to relieve the pain. The more empty it is the more and the faster it'll fill up!

Girl noooo it's perfectly fine in the freezer! It won't take nutrients away! Start storing that shit girl!!! That way you can actually go to the store or something alone and you'll have a stash in case daddy or someone else needs to watch her or feed her! You never know what could happen and it's always good to have a freezer stash just in case!

@queendavis, i havent bought storage bags yet, and also i feel like freezing them will take away alot of the nutrients in it compared to expressed breast milk or even refrigerated breastmilk! 😔 @aek91 okayyy

you may have an over supply. that's why its not recommended to pump before 6 weeks. but you can just get storage bags & freeze it
