Anyone take Melatonin while pregnant? I've been sleeping like crap lately and I just want a goods night rest. I thought melatonin would be okay because it's already a chemical made in your body naturally. Can anyone help me??

My Dr recommended Unisom, she said too much Melatonin can be harmful
