My three month old has a posterior tongue tie and a lip tie. The doctor will be correcting these due to trouble breastfeeding and refusing bottles. The doctor will be putting her under. Has anyone been through this or something similar?
why did they wait til three months to correct it..or is that when it developed?
my son has a slight tongue tie. not bad...he did have a bad lip tie that they snipped, but he didn't get put under for it, just numbed the area up and cut it
Anyone got a baby that has or had a tongue tie? If so what happened with it?
Has anyone's doctor actually encouraged or recommended red wine while pregnant? Just curious. Never done it, but always heard it was fine.

I'm 29, this is my 2nd child. Will they (the doctor) tie my tubes if I want?
They kept insisting that she would learn to work around it. When she started dropping weight they sent her to a pediatric plastic surgeon who won't do anything until 4 months because she uses general anesthesia so baby is less traumatized. I am not happy it's going to take another month when she has already lost 8 ounces.
