I've had it since 14 weeks with no relief. I work on my feet about 5 hours a day so that doesn't help. My midwife told me Tylenol is ok but I don't like taking medicine so I never took any. Try rolling a tennis ball across your lower back or sitting up straight with your leg crossed like a man and arching your back helps relieve pressure too.
