@felicjuh, lol I told him I was going to hide the connecting wire and destroy the game which is one of the things his friends found funny but I wouldn't really I was just annoyed lol.

in fact he doesn't even come to bed most nights since he's been off til like 7.30am because he's on the Ps4, then tomorrow he's got a boys games night then he's back to work next weds and I've barely got a look in. as far as I'm concerned he's been very selfish this past week and we've spoken about it and he has acknowledged it and wants to apologise by taking me out tonight...last night was the first night I'd really said anything about it after putting up with it for 7 days straight so I think I did pretty well lol

@mummyx316, sorry I did not know that. in that case hide the ps4 or give him a kick under his butt as that is not right! maybe he learned his lesson now he feels emberrassed good luck xx

@felicjuh, he does get plenty of time on there, he's on annual leave at the moment and is on there most of the day and now he wants to be on there all night too, it's definitely not my emotions, his mother and sisters say it's not acceptable for him to be on there everyday and that I should stop him from doing it as we have two other kids that he should be spending time with, not only that but we don't like the idea of having tvs all over the house so we have one very big one in the living room, if he's on there most of the day and then the kids watch TV when they get in from school, then he's on it after watching football then on the Ps4 when do I actually get any time to watch anything I want to watch? not to mention him actually spending some of his holiday bonding with me. x

I don't agree with the comments completely. yes he should listen and give you attention.. but don't forget he does not know how it is to be pregnant! mine plays on the ps4 and goes and sees his mates some evenings and I tell him to do so as I am going to need him here when the baby is here and he wants to be here. he checks on me all the time. but he works during the day and in the evening he wants to relax a bit aswell. maybe your hormones are making things harder and maybe that's why it is upsetting you. don't get me wrong good for him that his mates laugh at him now I wouldn't care about that, but maybe give him some time as well ;) xx

@duchess92 I've said this many times but it falls on deaf ears, unfortunately the fact that all his friends are doing it too and they are around his age and older doesn't help my case much at all, so I just look like the miserable nagging wife that doesn't want him to have any fun lol

He's an adult, he shouldn't even be playing on a games console! Tell him to grow up and it's good that he's embarrassed because he should be!

I've decided to be pissed at him too, so I've talken my things and gone to my room, I'll watch a couple of documentaries and then I'll go to bed. He definitely is a big baby and is great at turning it around so I'll feel bad even though he knows he sucks at times lol xxx

@sachadaley123, it's so true...thanks hun, and it hasn't made him want to stop because he's still playing as I type this, he's just very quiet and leaving them to engage in the conversation and not joining in lol...I guess he's not talking to me because we haven't spoken since we found out that they could hear us 🙈 xxx

@mummyx316, I wouldn't worry at all about it! honestly. all of out oh mates think that there whipped, that's just men I wouldn't be arsed at all at the end of the day your obviously not the type to wanna keep him on lock down all the time because you wouldn't feel so guilty about it if you was! I totally understand where your coming from I'm currently at home on my own because my oh thinks it's perfectly fine to go an sit in his mates every night after work. so I know where your coming from! they are seriously all the same. but seriously do not make yourself feel bad you've got nothing to be sorry for and if he grew up and got of the game to spend some time to listen to you once and a while it wouldn't of happened in the first place so he's got nobody to blame but himself! your allowed to be a bit selfish your pregnant! look after yourself stop worrying about what his friends think cos boys will be boys no matter what! xxx

@sachadaley123, thank you for that hun I needed to hear that because I feel so awful, I wasn't trying to embarrass him but I just find it annoying that since he's been on his annual leave he's on the bloody thing everyday with his friends playing online, this means I'm basically banished to my room watching films on my tab til I fall asleep and it's so unfair. But I just don't like them thinking of me as mean or horrible or the nagging woman, they were playing a whip sound effect like they're saying he's whipped but if he was we wouldn't be having that awkward conversation in the first place. xx

well if it was me wouldn't be worrying at all about it actually I'd say to him it serves him right for having it switched on when your trying to express how your feeling to him! and I would laugh at the fact that his mates now take the piss out of him because it's his own fault if he was taking you seriously and wanting to listen to how you felt when you wa trying to have a private conversation with him he would of switched it all of and sat down with you properly! don't be embarrassed if anything see it as it serves him right cos now his mates know that he's being a moron playing stupid games all the time! xxx
