I've have decreased movement today as well. some days are more active than others, just like with people outside the womb. especially at 30 weeks, the space is limited to flip and kick

Like I've had about 15 since 7 this morning,but sometimes she moved more in the evening

Movement but not much. All depends on how active your baby is honestly
