Okay, so I'm 23 weeks and 4 days yall, and last night while out with the fiance and friends for dinner, right after I ate, I had the most gut wrenching pain near my pelvic bone and I could not move. I cried and cried. I thought at first maybe my wittle man just didn't like what I ate, but it all just went away this morning after I spent most of the night keeled over the bed...any ideas on what that could have been?

gas pains? or I've been dealing with pinching my siatic nerve which leaves me unable to walk for a little while..

I thought that too, but I have gas pains and heartburn all the time and its never felt like that..

Did you over exert yourself earlier in the day? I had horrible pain/cramps for 8 hours after over exerting myself around 15 weeks.

No, I barely did anything that I can remember, so that's why I don't get what it was and then how it just disappeared...should I call my doctor?
