I didn't have much prenatal care while I was pregnant, long story short I was homeless majority of my pregnancy and it was hard for me to keep Medicaid when I was unable to call/receive mail from them. I went to the ob-gyn maybe four times and I cried so much over this because I wanted THE BEST for my baby. God was with me every step of the way because I Had/have the most beautiful healthy baby girl I could have asked for and I am truly blessed that in my 10 months of pregnancy nothing happened to her. I just hope someone understands my struggles before jumping to conclusions that I didn't do everything I could for my daughter. I exclusively breastfeed, eat as healthy as I can and she has EVERYTHING she needs. I am BLESSED! Having a baby really makes you grateful for the little things.

right, I love my daughter, I didn't intend for things to happen the way they did....I thought it would go smoothly but nothing likes to work in my favor but now that she's here my heart is filled and it makes you appreciate so much @amorasmom

believe me I know the feeling things never happen the way the we want nor intend for them to happen having a baby really does make you appreciate the smaller things in life

I was the same girl, living in and hotels and was able to go to my obgyn only 3 times. my baby girl came out healthy and beautiful! Thank you for sharing your story with us (:
