@didra, i have had sciatic nerve pain my whole pregnancy and usually tylonol and the heating pads helps it a little bit, i also sleep with a pregnancy pillow that has become my best friend. tylenol is totally safe to take to!

I couldn't sleep at all last night and my back is killing are there any thing I can do my nose have been bleeding and I've been getting headache also
