I'm in my third trimester and I'm having some severe back pain what could that be ?

me too :/ im 28 weeks nd 4 days with terrible back pain

Baby could be laying on a nerve or just more pressure from how big she/he is getting

I couldn't sleep at all last night and my back is killing are there any thing I can do my nose have been bleeding and I've been getting headache also

@didra, i have had sciatic nerve pain my whole pregnancy and usually tylonol and the heating pads helps it a little bit, i also sleep with a pregnancy pillow that has become my best friend. tylenol is totally safe to take to!
