I need help! my son is a few days shy of 5 months. we stay with my parent in laws and it makes it really hard to parent especially at bed time. my son was sleeping in his crib for about a month and recently started fighting with me waking up every time I put him down until 12 or after. I need to go back to work and get things done I feel so unaccomplished but I never have energy especially because I have back issues I cant afford to take care of right now. I feel so hopless. I want to try letting him cry it out because im out of options but I dont want to keep the house up. I've even tried nighy time gripe water. we have a steady routine. I dont know what to do

Make sure he's change and fed and try laying him in his bed. I used to do this when my son got to the point where he wouldn't let me put him down. I would put him down and let him cry for maybe 7 minutes at the most. You can do it longer. I just hated when he got to the point where he was screaming bloody murder. I would calm him down and start all over. In about three days I was begging for him to want me. Babies are smart. They know that if they cry and we always pick them up, that's what they need to do.
