If you have Kaiser, there's a way to do it online. I would call the care provider's help line
but how do u go to another doctor after the release form is done
all you have to do is make an appt with your doctor, when you go to your appt they will give you a release form or whatever its called you fill it out and their your done lol

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
