it's supposed to be well done. but I wouldn't stress too much about it, there really isn't anything you can do about it now just don't do it again lol

You're suppose to have it cooked all the way, just make sure all of your meats are cooked all the way next time :)

i was the same. i like rare steaks and can NOT do well. so i avoided also. it was sad. lol

I eat medium rare all the time and I'm fine.

lol I only have 3 months so I'll live...maybe 😉but I really didn't think a med rare steak was so bad. then I googled and began to freak out. No more for me! lol @_akgirl

@cass_lynne, it's not that it would harm you, but it could harm baby. If it's not cooked all the way, it could cause serious complications for baby. Its just like why you can't eat sushi.

If you don't get your baby immune to it now it'll end up a picky eater.

I ate my steaks like that my whole pregnancy and I craved steak, that's the only thing I wanted the boys came out fine. I didn't eat it as much as I would have liked to have but I ate more steak than I usually do. We were fine, as long as it's not an everyday thing I wouldn't stress it ☺

Its the second time I've had med rare steak and I'm 26 weeks. I'm just going to stay away until I have him. I don't have much longer. thank you @twinmamma2015

you'll be ok. I always eat rare steak and my daughter is fine.
