Does anyone's husband or boyfriend ever have had a testicle twist and have to have surgery to remove it and still get pregnant?

a little he had this when he was a kid and he only has one testicle and I didn't know if he has a problem creating enough sperm to get me pregnant.

Tmi don't ask me why I know this lol but my cousin only has one testicle & his girlfriend just found out she's pregnant so I think it's possible unless she was cheating but I highly doubt it lol
