Trying to concieve to become a first time mom

I've very saddened and discouraged by the fact that we've been trying to conceive for over a year now. I've been diagnosed with POS and hypothyroid. I've been on my meds and finally have been on the right med for a month now. I have been worried about if I will be able to conceive. :(

I have irregular periods. We have tried figuring out when i ovulate but we have had no luck......Anyone have advice to help concieve?

Does anyone's husband or boyfriend ever have had a testicle twist and have to have surgery to remove it and still get pregnant?

This is my first post on here. I am 21 years old. My husband and I got married in April of 2014. We have been constructing our apartment and almost complete. We have been TTC since September of 2015. In November of 2015, I found out I have PCOS. I have been tracking my ovulation, but it's hard when you don't ovulate like other women. I have been concerned that it will never happen but I'm hopeful that when the day comes we will become parents.
