I go to Sweet Success, which are meeting to go over my blood sugar numbers. I have been taking Glyburide at night to lower my fasting numbers, but since they are high no matter what, they keep upping my dosage. Lately I have been getting frustrated, eating no more than the 30 g of carbs allowed, but still having high numbers, around 140-180. No matter how good I am about eating, I feel guilty for having high blood sugar and I am getting so frustrated.

It is frustrating. I am on insulin because my fasting and breakfast numbers was not looking good. They wouldn't even let me try glyburide. If you need someone to talk I'm here. I've had it with my son and now this baby since 10 weeks. I am 30 weeks tomorrow.@petuce,
