I am so ready ! I just want to meet him and hold him ! And thank you I've tried my best to make sure he gets everything he's needed during my pregnancy :)

I've been told walking helps, sex can help (if you feel like it), and maybe walking up and down stairs. not sure if there is any one for sure way
