It's official. Going back to work on Monday. How did other mommies deal with leaving their babies for the first time? We've been together all day everyday for the past 8 weeks 😔

And even though my son is only 3 months old he's always happy to see me when I get home
I thought it would be absolutely awful but even though I miss him I'm lucky my shifts aren't very long so it's not as hard as I expected
@nelianiz.elize, I wish I could do that. He's going to a daycare though. I have an aunt that could keep him but we moved to the other side of town so she's too far now.
@jrsmommy403, you can plan it for months but once that time actually comes it all becomes so real
Thats the part I'm not ready for. I'll be out for 6 weeks and I can't even think about how ima be able to do it lol.
@x-mom, that's good. I don't think my shifts are going to be too long either. I just know I'll miss him like crazy and he already crys when anyone else but me holds him. I feel bad for that poor babysitter lol
