I been wanting to drink coke and Pepsi is it bad to drink it

Ive been trying to eat and drink only organic products and real sugar.. high fructose corn syrup is really bad for the baby. @mommy3

I get an occasional craving of soda but you should try to use organic brands or at least real sugar so for pepsi, use pepsi throwback although I dont think coke has one that is natural.

The high fructose corn syrup is bad because it's an addictive sugar. Not to mention it can make you feel dehydrated.

Drink coke and its fine limit the amount but you can have it with my first pregnancy they insisted i drink one can a day because i had a caffeine migraine for 3 months before they figured out thats what it was i say two is my max now then i drink water and juic3

I Drink Soda All The Time , Long As You Balance It Out With Plenty Of Water , You'll Be Fine
