OK bed sharing moms who transitioned the baby to the crib I need your advice. I had my 6 week appointment yesterday and got cleared for extracurricular activities and all of a sudden my husband starts talking about moving our daughter into her room at night. Did anyone else go through this? How'd you and baby make the transition? I'm not ready but when I am I'd like to have an idea of what I'm going to do. TIA!
That's exactly what I'm worried about! She's safe sleeping next to me! Maybe we'll try when she's six months and a little less vulnerable. I'll start slow with naps during the day. My husband loves having close but is afraid we won't make time for us if we keep her in our bed. Perhaps we'll bring her crib in our room so we can both get what we'd like.
My son won't sleep in his crib if you get lucky and figure it out let me know
My daughters 4 months old and we still bed share. But my husband loves it too, honestly I will probably put her in her crib (next to my bed) the only thing that scares me is what if your baby starts choking or something and you don't her her. That's what stopped me from putting her In her crib. @missoliviasmama
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Birth Plan Rant
I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Motherhood ripped from me again...
I went for my Anatomy Scan on Friday @ 20wks. I went in expecting to find out if my baby is a boy or girl, but came out feeling like I'm going to die.
When Should I Start Packing My And Baby And Husband's Hospital Bag??? I'm Going On 36 Weeks Saturday
My son has always slept in his crib by hisself. When he was about 2 months old we moved him into his own room and for the first time ever he slept entirely through the night. I was up all night checking on him, but he did great. I would suggest investing in a baby monitor if that's what you decide though! Good luck!
