Can anyone tell me about Braxton hicks pains?

I have them they hurt it is like a tighting feeling and sharp pains

@katelynn, tmi but do you also feel pain by your bumm area? Like pressure?

I don't but I think that could be a symptom I might want to cAll your doctor
