It can be braxton hicks they are false contractions just breath and drink water. You can know they are braxton hicks if you can breath through them

that's exactly what I thought, I was chilling, felt a little worse then period cramps but it was labor and I didn't even have any idea. not trying to scare u just letting u know that it happened to me

I just started getting them.. But it's not strong enough (in my opinion to be labor or contractions) but I wouldn't know 😩 they just feel like a 7. I don't want to go in for nothing @summerbaby89 .

Unfortunately they can last for awhile :( like weeks. Doesn't mean he's coming soon necessarily:(

I had them all day in my last pregnancy, didn't go to the hospital until night time, thought it was a false alarm but turns out i was in labor, I was 8 cm so they broke my water and he arrived within an hour. go get checked if your unsure , you never know

false contractions, I've been getting them they're completely normal just keep track of them

Normal :) your body is prepping for labor! If they get stronger or more regular call in :)
