Tylenol cold. Pretty much Tylenol is all they really recommend! And cough drops are okay.

I was told I could take over the counter tussen. but only straight tussen no extra ingredients. I'd talk with pharmacist if you're worried. they're usually very helpful when it comes to questions about what can and cannot be taken during pregnancy.

Husband asked a pharmacist and he told him to get these.

benedryl helped a lot with me. I have had a cold twice.

I found out I was pregnant and the day after got the plague and it lasted a week. I still have a cough. I just rode it out. It absolutely sucks..but I just indulged in Netflix. My friend recommended Gatorade mixed with emergen-c but that sounds gross to my pregnant brain haha.
