does anyone else cramp up BEFORE using the bathroom for the first time of the day? like that's your wake up call? I swear everyorning I cramp up and it doesnt stop until I go to the bathroom. like..is that my bladder just being super full? its been this way my entire pregnancy. but my ob has never said I had any infections or anything so I take it as its not a uti or anything

Yes! Your bladder is really full which causes bladder spasms with a growing uterus and less room to expand.
