can't sleep at all! trying to sleep since 11 and it's almost 5 in the morning wtf?! its been like this for 3 days. I don't know what to do .
It shouldn't be. If it does just change up your sleep routine a little. Try going to bed and eating a little earlier. With all my friends they said there were some nights they couldn't sleep and some nights where they were knocked out while they were pregnant.
I don't have insurance or a lot of money to go see a doctor. is it bad if it continues? @2016_babywehope
@thisgirlavelina, it's not. I say if it continues go see your doctor. I'll be doing the same thing when I get back home.
same with me. but I can't sleep until like 4/5 and then my man will come home from work and I'll wake up and fall asleep but this isn't good .-. @2016_babywehope
I thought so too. I think mines is cause I'm away from my husband right now. But even then I usually fall asleep around 2 am @thisgirlavelina

shut the door?
does anyone shut their child's door while they sleep? (if they sleep in their own room)
Co sleeping...yay or nay? Lately Molly hasn't want to sleep in her crib and sleep with us. Which is fine but we do want her to sleep in her crib
this sounds crazy but stay up all night and then the next day go too bed around the time youd like to be sleeping on a regular day basis. it's okay if it's before that time but each night just try and get closer and closer to your aimed bed time. hope that helps.😀
