Before pregnancy I could only fall asleep on my left side but since I got pregnant I can only fall asleep on my right side..
Now I know the whole sleeping on your left side stuff.. But is it bad for me to mostly sleep on my right??
I do turn in the middle of the night onto my left.
My daughter loves being on my left so it's uncomfortable depending on her position.
Sleeping position when pregnant I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I keep seeing posts about not sleeping on your right side but to sleep on your left??? I am wayyyy more comfortable and use to my right then my left...I don't understand why I shouldn't be???

same thing with me, even when I try going to sleep on my left when I wake up I'm on my right side

mine doesn't let me sleep on my left. he tickles me until I roll over so even though they get more circulation on the left it hasn't seemed to affected him laying on the right.

it doesn't matter what side you lay on as long as it isn't your back. I got told last time I could sleep on my belly til birth and I did I love sleeping on my belly my Dr said as long as your comfortable and not on your back any side is fine :) I like sleeping on my right the left is hard for me and the left side is just to help with digestion stuff. so my advice sleep however you feel comfortable. :) good night
