Baby doesn't need much the first couple of days. as long as he or she is gaining, you are producing enough :-) good luck mama!

give it like 2 days. i was engorged 72 hours after my boy was born.

they say it takes 3-4 days for your milk to come in and if you have a breast pump try to use it as much as possible it might b a bad latch and the pump might help correct that ?
