@mjmommy, I've found that eating healthier snack helo also when your craving something using the craving charts and picking a healthier option has helped.. also getting out and walking... my physician said that that most of it is how your body is reacting to the progesterone

yes I do that all the time I go for the healthier snack meals are usually normal size I walk daily as well just not as much as I used to since I'm high risk Dr pretty much said don't over do it@aphrodite2014

I haven't ..I used to do Zumba but haven't since at least 6 months before I got pregnant..so I didn't wanna go against Dr's orders but I enjoy it so much and it helps with my depression @aphrodite2014 &true; lol luckily I'm cheap everywhere else but the food department..lol gots to I have an 11 y/o daughter and a 9 y/o son plus my bf..that's already3 bottomless pits..and now me smh lol

@mjmommy, try some prenatal yoga you can get cheap videos at Walmart with them.. and I'm not cheap on food trust me but it's only me for 21 days then me and fiance for 21 days haha and soon to be having his kids atleast on the weekends when he is home so I'll budget more for food of course.. but I'm a coupon hoarder for sure!!
