Need tips on getting pregnant with PCOS. I think I ovulated 3 days ago for the first time but now I'm not sure. I'm taking. Metformin 500mg once a day. Any tips? Please share!!

I took birth control pills because I have PCOS also and don't ovulate. But the pill put the hormone in my body and I was able to conceive within a few months due to only having 1 tube.

I was diagnosed with pcos in September and I have been taking metformin and birth control since then. I go to the doctor in March for blood work and if everything is fine he said we can start trying again.
