you should b fine just drink two to three glasses max because of the caffeine in it but if your still worried call your Dr and see what they say, you should b fine thou and ask about melatonin if that's safe during pregnancy it's very natural but I'm not sure about if it'll effect the baby or not
I did and as usual all it says is consultant your Doctor or Midwife. I have Ambien but only take it every other night because I'm scared of getting addicted to it. Just trying to find a natural remedy for insomnia
