but if you did dislocate it the blood flow will stop to your leg you should probably pay a visit to your hospital

@shianaaa, I wish I could be more help to you but you know your body better than anyone. Like I said a hip dislocation is highly unlikely but not impossible. If you really think it's dislocated you'll need to see a doctor- if you're able to lay down and elevate your leg and sleep and possibly see if it's any Better tomorrow that's probably what I would do. :/ im sorry

I took it about an hour and half ago and nothing and my leg is really cold can't really see anything and it happen about 3- 4 hours ago .

@shianaaa, can you see any deformation in your hip area? And as weird as it sounds if your hip was dislocated your hurt leg would appear shorter than your other leg. How long ago did it happen? What were you doing? When did you take the Tylenol?

I can't walk on it or put any pressure on it , it makes me want to cry . it wasnt that bad but its just getting worse and I have taken to Tylenol extra strength and nothing

@shianaaa, if you're able to walk chances are you didn't dislocate your hip. Complete hip dislocations are rare and require a lot of force or a pre-existing condition to cause them. That doesn't mean you didn't pop it, or stress a ligament or tendon that is left being really sore! Soaking in a warm Epsom salt bath would relax it or a heating pad in the area should help! Hope you feel better!
