Does the dr decide when you go on maturnity leave or does your boss? or do you decide yourself? I'm 32 weeks and I'm not sure

And depending on your job and insurance- usually only a certain amount of time is covered on maternity leave which helps dictate when women usually start their leave

You decide unless your dr puts restrictions on you.

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol
