As a FTM I was very worried myself when my babygirl started getting acne, I did a little research which resulted in scaring myself... I ready that it could be an allergic reaction to the milk... So I panicked & took her to the doctor. She laughed at me & told me it was baby acne, babies don't sweat in the womb, when she sleeps she sweats, that's just her skin reacting to something new. She just told me to make sure I kept it clean, that meant dry kisses! I was told I can use aveeno or Vaseline to keep her moist ☺️

Trust me, the skin looks way worse than it is. It doesn't bother them much at all. The skin just has to shed.

Baby's skin changes so much throughout the first few weeks. They have to adjust to lots of different things. It will go away with time, same with baby acne. Eczema is just dry skin, so use good quality lotions. Don't use Johnson&Johnson; because it dries skin out. Aveeno is what I used! The lotion as well as the bath time soap. :)

That's actually baby eczema! My son had the same thing. Scent free lotions!

I use a baby detergent and I don't put anything on her skin but I wash her in the bath with that yellow Johnson baby wash :/

kind of looks like baby acne with a mix of a rash. are you using scent free detergent/lotions/etc.

just turn down the volume, turn the flash off, it wont wake her.
