@lovemyson_610, I was on NuvaRing and got pregnant with baby K. And he yes I did it exactly how I was suppose to and everything. I actually went to my doctors every month so they could insert it just to be 100% sure

@rainbowbaby2015 oh lol well it's worked perfect for me, never gotten pregnant on it. I did get pregnant using the pill though, so I def don't recommend it!

@lovemyson_610, I don't want to take the pill at all because I can never remember to take it on time. I'm thinking about taking Mirania because I heard it lasts 5 years and doctors recommend it to women who already have babies.

@rainbowbaby2015 yeah, it's dangerous too though bc it can slip out of place and go into your uterus & cause you to be sterile. My doctor recommended it too and I absolutely refused. I have a couple of friends that it has made them sterile. 😕😕

@rainbowbaby2015 you're welcome. my sister has the implant in her arm & she hasn't had any issues with it. maybe go that route?

@lovemyson_610, that's what my cousin recommended and she said they even put it in effort they discharge you from the hospital so I might go that route

make sure your bags are packed for the hospital stay and your carseat base is installed in the vehicle you will forsure be taking home.. as far as birth control they also have a patch.. the female condom... umm using a male condom also haha.. make sure you have everything set up at home.. also I'd recommend putting together some prepped meals you can either stir-fry or crock pot for after baby gets home so you don't have to cook..

@aphrodite2014, I live with my grandma so meals aren't really a big deal lol. My boyfriend is allergic to latex so I can't even do condoms and I won't use the sheep skin or snake skin condoms (ew) I completely forgot about the car seat so it's a good thing you said that.! Lol.

@rainbowbaby2015, my fiance is allergic to latex also.. they have latex free condoms thay feel just like normal condoms and aren't snake skin or sheep skin.. look and feel like latex but no latex.. you can get there almost anywhere haha but yes the carseat make sure it's installed properly also.. only bring the tip up leave the base in the car... also I'd make sure you've washed all of baby's clothes.. no need for special detergent use origional tide it's what the hospital uses for nicu babies.. uh unless after birth they have a reaction no need to pay an arm and a leg to wash clothes...

@aphrodite2014, I already got the newborn detergent so when it's gone I'll just use tide

@rainbowbaby2015, yeah I try to get that out to everyone that it's not needed like everyone says... has all your bedding been washed also? and has anything that's new been wiped down and sanatized?
