how far along do u have to be until u go every 2 weeks for check up?

I'm 30 and just now starting to go every two weeks 😊

@rbryanna, oh okay yeah and it's true because all mine ever does is check the heartbeat lol it does get old especially since no more ultrasounds are being done!

Most insurances cover very few ultrasounds. But since you've seen the baby so much I would ask to hear the damn heartbeat what is wrong with some of these doctors. Where did they get their degrees ?

@briannabdb @rbryanna my Dr just moved to a new place and I have never heard the baby heart beat he just does a ultrasound every check up.

I have my 28 week appointment on 2/1 and then after that it will be every 2 weeks.

It's not so enjoyable when it's unnecessary, they don't do ultrasounds as of lately just heart Doppler which I do myself at home... Mind you I lost my private insurance and Medicaid has yet to start my application for insurance even though I applied almost a month before I lost my private insurance. So each visit I have to pay out of pocket for nonsense chitchat :-(

Yeah it's probably just your dr! and you are the one that is lucky! Lol I love going to my appointments and I would have much rather started at 25weeks lol @rbryanna

Y'all are blessed my doctor is making me go to 2 week apts starting at 25 weeks. Mind you I am not high risk at all. Apparently they make everyone go around 25-26? Prob just my doctor 😒

I always started going every two weeks about 30 weeks.

I asked my dr office a while back and they said normally they start doing every 2 weeks around 29/30 weeks and I'm 29 weeks now and doing them every 2 weeks. By the answers I'm sure it varies. But don't hesitate to ask your dr he will be able to let you know!

I am 29 weeks and they just started doing my appointments every 2 weeks. Idk if it's the same with other doctors.

I'm 27 weeks and I'm already doing my 2 week check ups .

I was 32 weeks with my first, and I started them at 30 weeks this time. but I've seen some say 27-28 weeks.
