has other mommy's suffered severe depression during their pregnancy? if so what did y'all do about…

me I had depression before getting pregnant but it got 100 times worse 2 months before I got pregnant, I lost my son before he turned 1 and honestly I'm going to see a therapist but I've got to do something else.

I hate to hear about you loosing your son... I send my deepest condolences...

I had Hypernemis gravidarium. Worst morning sickness and depression. In the first trimester I went to see a therapist who mainly deals with pregnant women and children. I think the nausea medication I was on helped me with the depression. I was on Diclegis until the day I delivered. There was a few days at the beginning of the third trimester that I ran out and my nausea and depression came back until I could get back on the medication. Definitely talk to your doctor. He/she may have a suggestion..support group?

I just recently moved back to nc from al.. I don't have a doctor yet, or know of any support groups... lost all my friends when I had my little boy....

thanks but I'm trying, I found out I'm having my second little boy so I knew then that I would need some sort of help I'm gonna be nervous as hell when he's born. I'll never get over my little boy but I'm slowly learning to live without him no matter how much I don't want to. I know he'd want me to be happy and be the mommy he knows I can be to his baby brother

no matter how much I hate or dislike a person I could and would never wish any one to lose their baby, it's the worst pain I've ever felt in my life.

I am currently dealing with worsened depression since this pregnancy started all I can really do is look at my daughter and look at my bump and breathe and tell myself the bond I have with them can beat anything even the depression

I'm trying to do everything I can to cope with this, but instead of being worried about how I feel my mom is always like get over it or quit being so ill... no one is here for me... my little boy is too young to understand and I still got a long time to go before the baby is due...
