We're starting a new routine tomorrow. Gonna let him sleep on my chest tonight so we can both get a good night's sleep. Then tomorrow we're getting up early and playing and I'm gonna try to not let him sleep all day. Then nap time. Then a new bedtime routine. I need help with that part. Help with a good bedtime routine for a 2 month old?

I've been massaging my son with coconut oil and putting a diluted essential oil on his feet ( ex: lavender, or Peace&calming;). It's supposed to be soothing. My friend does that with her children. I do it with my son, he loves it but I'm not sure how conductive it has been for sleep. It seems like he never sleeps and he's two months old.
Need help getting my almost 5 year old to bed. He’s always been a good sleeper but for the past week or so he won’t go to bed. Nothing has changed with his bedtime routine. It’s taking my dh and I over an hour to get him to sleep. I don’t know what to do anymore. It’s making dh and I upset then we aren’t in a good mood after he’s asleep. What do we do? I may check back tomorrow cause I’m exhausted and just want to sleep. But any advise Is welcomed! Please help
