I had mine from Feb 2014 to May 19th 2015 to help a friend conceive but by August 17, 2015(technically sometime at the end of July) I was pregnant and my hubby was not very happy when I told him the real truth that I took it out instead of conceiving with it in. but it's a good thing we got pregnant and not them because their now getting divorced(for other reasons). me and her were suppose to try in July but my calendar said I'd get to try 2 times like at the beginning and end but she was late getting the kit both times so in August she was finally ready but not me :( and we thought about abortion and stuff but my hubby wasn't onboard and knew I'd b incredibly upset and over think that it could have been a girl and such and make my depression way worse. so I'm glad we didn't and we r expecting a girl and I'm so excited and nervous and kind of freaking out I know how to raise boys, I have 2 and feel I'm doing a good job, but really worried about how it's gonna b with a girl. so it took less than 2 months for me to get pregnant when I wasn't even trying at all lol my period app helped a lot said when I'd ovulate and get my period and stuff. with my friend we were gonna try the 3 days leading up to ovulation and the 3 days following, btw this was gonna work because my husband was working out of town monday-friday/sometimes Saturday's. I have no clue when we got pregnant my due date was off from my app but that could have also been from the implanon. this is our last baby even if it was a boy but if I was to try again I'd get some ovulation tests from the dollar store unless I could find a Wal-Mart that sells an 88¢ test like they do pregnancy test which is how I found out. also I feel taking prenatals helped a lot. hope this helps, also I was happy to get it taken out because I was freaking out each month thinking I could b pregnant and not know it and not knowing made me have really bad mood swings. sorry I kind of ranted a little

I had it from Aug 16, 2014 to Aug 3, 2015. Almost a year. I had it removed because it was hurting and I had severe mood swings. I honestly didn't think I would get pregnant but I gout pregnant just a few weeks later.

Took mine out Aug 3, 2015. Found out I was 6 weeks pregnant on Sep 25, 2015. It may happen quick for you like it did to me 😊

it'll happen when you least expect it cause everyone kept on asking me and my husband when we moved down to Houston and we were like no time soon cause my husband started school and a awesome new job and we were getting used to our new routine in Houston and BAMMMM!!!!!! pregnant I called my doctor so fast in San Antonio and he was like "seeeee i told you so" girl i hung up that phone i felt like a Gemini happy/mad at the same time

I heard the same thing but when I went to my GYN he was like the "the key ingredient is not to try or think about it" my response was "well it's hard not to think about it when you want it so bad".

I heard the longer you have it the longer it takes to conceive @kiwkisses

i had it for 6 years took it out in July and got pregnant in August the following year

it took me a year to concieve after I got my implanon removed

I had mine in for 5 years and gotten it taken out in December and pregnant by the following April

it took me two weeks ... I took it out then I took prenatal pills
