So I'm a first time mom and I'm breast feeding I got a breast pump yesterday and I pumped milk today what am I supposed to do with the milk until she's hungry ? Do I put it in the fridge or can it stay outside ? For how long ?

and if it's refrigerated or frozen, don't microwave it. heat it on the stove. if it's in a bottle I thibk you can out it in a pot of water and warm the water up.  it it can't be microwaved

you could put it in th fridge. ornu could freeze it for a few months in case ur milk dries up
