Ok so I know I've read articles where working out while pregnant makes for an easier labor plus smarter and healthier babies, but my question is does this include walking(i walk 2-3 miles 4 times a week) or does this only mean weight lifting? I can't seem to lift since I've been pregnant and I'm 31 weeks but obviously I want my baby to have all these benefits!
download the app 'pregnancy exercises' theyre more of just "keep you're body in shape" rather than "stay fit" exercises
No don't do weight lifting. You can do some yoga or squats and walking nothing heavy
If I lift this and sweep today, will it hurt my baby? I'm pregnant and really don't want to hurt the baby.
I been walking this week so hopefully Monday I've dilated some!
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
This girl on my fb is 8 weeks pregnant with her first child and she said she felt the baby 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️people these days 😂😂😂

My baby is a prune!! What fruit is your baby this week?!
don't lift weights unless it only 2 pounds lol. walking is great and swimming when pregnant. and also yoga. I walked an hour daily my 1st child and my son is 3 yrs old now and he is strong since he was a baby. walking is great and that is all you need :)
