Has anyone else gone through this?
before my pregnancy I was 163, and I loved it! after pregnancy I was 196 and I just went to my doctors appt. and I've gained 3 more pounds. I don't even eat like that, and I don't binge out on fat food either. Most of the time its home cooked meals, and I'm always cleaning up after my son and bf so its not like I'm lazy
but this weight is making me so depressed!
I've never had a belly and now I do and full of stretch marks. I feel so unhealthy and unattractive :(

@sol_, I've focused most of my coaching with Beachbody on pregnant and postnatal mommas. First, your nutrition needs to be looked at. Home cooked is a great start, but I'd need to see a better picture of what and when you're eating. Secondly, you have to exercise...if you don't care about people watching you and you have decent self-esteem and know what to do to lose, hit the gym. If you need more training and a more cost-effective method, try a home program. Third, you need accountability. Someone to push you, motivate you and hold you accounts bike to doing what you said you'd do after the initial excitement wears off, and that's what I do as a full-time coach. I do have to go to the gym or at least workout at home! I just need to stay motivating myself!

I got up to 200 NOT PREGGO tried 21 Day Fix. I lost 40 pounds and 24 inches in 5 weeks.
I got lazy and stopped. I'm 5 weeks and just started again today. My OB okayed it so I'm going for it so I'll probably end up losing. not gaining, and much healthier!

I'm the same exact way. I was 170 before I had my son, and when I walked out of the hospital I weighed 170, but due to my birth control, I have gained 30 lbs over the past year and half. I've been trying to lose weight for forever, though. So far I've been walking 2 miles 3 times a week and doing push ups, sit ups, planks, squats, and arm work outs in order to lose weight. I haven't lost anything yet, but I have lost inches. lol You have to find time to go to the gym and get yourself moving.

I felt the same way after baby number two- I found a friend who had lost a decent amount of weight while nursing and asked her what she did-- took it to my doctor and was ok'ed to do it as well. Lost all my weight, and actually looked better than before I was pregnant with sevond
