Has anyone had a split second of the room spinning? I was just sitting on the couch and all of a sudden I got super dizzy and light headed. The room started spinning and then it stopped. I now have a pounding headache though. Could it be dehydration or a blood pressure problem? At every appointment my BP is always great :o

Yea I do too. I could be having a relaxing day and then get dizzy out of nowhere. It would even hit me while I'm standing sometimes. Scary......
