Hi everyone this is my first pregnancy I'm 10 weeks and my nausea only gets worse! Any suggestions on what to take or do?

I found my love to be sunchips ! Eat one at a time slow , you'll feel better . Also do not eat or drink then lay down it will make u sick when you wake up . && if you drink water take small sips at a time

ginger works and eat b4 u get out of bed such as crackers gud luck it should go away by 16 weeks

the only thing that works for me is diclegis the nausea medicine

When I was having days that I could keep anything down I bought real fruit Popsicles(outshine) and would slowly eat/suck on one and then wait 5 minutes and have anther one.. Idk why but usually after that my stomach seemed to be able to handle a small amount of real food

Organic pepermint tea or organic red raseberry tea. Always worked for me

saltine crackers 7up peppermint candies and i also bought some sea bands its helping me when i feel nauseas

Baking soda, mint extract , water & sugar . All equal parts a tablespoon or two ! Best thing ever ! I had hyperemesis gravidarum & it was the only thing that worked for me not even the meds did

I've honestly been eating crackers or toast for breakfast and it's been helping settle me belly a lot. Eat something light but filling and it just help !

try preggie pops or ginger but chances are it won't help so call Your Ob and get Diclegis or whatever they want to prescribe @kbarros13
