Hey mamas! Was wondering if it is okay if I drink a small cup of coffee in the morning if I am breastfeeding? I don't want my baby to be cray cray! Lol I have heard so many different things.

I am just about 35 weeks, and this morning and all throughout the day was experiencing what I think was braxton hicks contractions and according to my doctor that is what I was experiencing. I have period-like cramps and it feels tight. How early did you mamas experience them and what did they feel like for you?

I have been getting terrible acid reflux at night. Any suggestions on what I can possibly take to help?

This morning I had a PB&J pancake sandwich. I am at a new stage in my pregnancy and am finally experiencing crazy cravings and thought I'd share this "idea" with the other mamas lol. I hate Lima beans, but for the past few hours it is ALL I want.

Sudafed pe safe or no? My doctor told me sudafed is fine, but I'm wondering if the "pe" is fine.

Before getting pregnant I heard women say that they hate the whole experience. Now that I am pregnant, I can't understand why any woman would feel that way. Some women struggle or are unable to carry a baby, those of us that can are blessed. Just a thought for today!

I am new to using this app, and so far it seems awesome. I am hoping there are some women that are experiencing what I am experiencing. I am 23 weeks and 4 days today.
