so I have this friend 7 weeks pregnant in couple days, she's been having cramping and she says it gets pretty bad at times.... is the cramping normal, what have you ladies find helps with them? please she wants input but dosent want to keep bugging her mom and Dr.

At 7 weeks I was hospitalized with my first pregnancy, it ended up being severe dehydration. I was a teenager and unprepared. This is very dangerous. Make sure she drinks lots and lots of water.

As long as there's no bleeding she's good and lots of water!
