watching it now!

I watched them last night so informative and true. I hate the fact that we are not given much option when it comes to our bodies. If I can I want to do it natural and I've always said that. I work in healthcare and hear so many women say they don't remember what happen or they back been messed up since the epidural and all kinds of stuff. I appreciate that Ricky shed light on an ongoing trend that is purely out of convenience now. I said to some one I don't want a c-section they like girl why not ain't nothing wrong wit that get it over with. It takes 9 months to make my baby so why can I take another 13 or more hours to make sure he or she comes in this world on they own time. I loved it and definitely will be considering some of the birthing options they suggested. Maybe not a mid wife but I do not want to be on my back or drugged up. I had already searched other was to labor prior to this and walking standing squats and sitting up in the bed so gravity can do its thing will be my option to labor.
