I need help and tips trying to conceive. it seems impossible. My husband and I want to try and have a baby again. I've had two miscarriages, one with my ex fiance in 2013 and one in September 2015 with my husband. This last pregnancy I had a tumor inside of my ovary bigger than a basketball. they removed my left ovary and Fallopian tube. The doctors told me if it would've ruptured I could've died within the hour, thankfully it wasn't cancer but could've turned into cancer. I feel useless, I was told when I was 13 that I wasn't going to be able to have children because of the sexual abuse I went through growing up. I just took a pregnancy test today and it came out negative. if I do conceive on this next ovulation, it's a 90% chance I'll have a Halloween baby. I need all the help I can get. I've been taking prenatal and I've been tracking my ovulation.
