A half of a Unisom (a sleeping pill) and B6 are my saviours. I take them every night before bed and I haven't had morning/afternoon/evening sickness. Occasionally I still will get it but it's very mild, I never get full on sick and have the need to throw up. You're going to want to have a lot of water, yeah you might be up and down all day and night but in the long run it'll help. For a couple weeks I was having dizzy spells but I was also anemic which can happen but if you're ever feeling dizzy SIT DOWN and relax for a second and then grab some ice water and have some sugar, adding the little bit of sugar helped me from getting dizzy and lightheaded again. Watch what you eat obviously, don't over eat, I find fruits and veggies to be very filling and a good all day snack. 👍🏼 I find it best to get a pregnancy pillow, I swear by my snoogle. You can buy it at babies r us, usually it's all I sleep with. Helps support your back and having the pillow between my legs helps me sleep better most nights. Other than that you'll have to live through the stretching pain from your uterus and stomach as much as it'll suck, and your back will hurt. I just keep reminding myself it'll all be worth it! @pfriends96
It kind of sucks when your uterus and stomach are stretching.. I get a light cramping (unless it's painful it's nothing to worry about) and I'll just lay down or rub the area that hurts and sooner or later it'll go away. Oh and gas for you gets worse as you go on. 😂 I know tmi but the last few weeks I've been having bad gas, it can also get worse depending on the food you eat. But that's to be expected!

Also to go along with food, I find small meals throughout the day to be the best instead of having big meals.
